News on Selsdon Road

An exhibition for the public to view and comment on proposals for new homes in Selsdon Road was held on Tuesday 28th January 2020 from 3pm - 7pm at Emmanuel Centre, Normanton Road, South Croydon, CR2 7AQ

You can see the information displayed at the event and add your comments on the proposals by clicking on the 'Have your say' button available here until 4pm on 11th February 2020. Brick By Brick will review all the comments received, and where appropriate, we will work with the project teams to make amendments to the development proposals where it is feasible to do so, before submitting a planning application. We will post a news update if we submit a planning application and there will then be a further opportunity to review the plans and formally comment to the council as the Local Planning Authority via the council’s website https://publicaccess3.croydon.gov.uk/online-applications .
